A clear, concise understanding of the problem state and desired end state is essential to a successful transformation.  Our discovery process concludes only when executive leadership (and investors/owners if appropriate) reach consensus on both.  This consensus, along with strong change management and governance processes, form the foundation of a successful initiative.  Solution design, project planning, resourcing, and execution flow from this foundation.
